- Enquiry details you give us: full name, mobile number, email address (optional), the property type you are interested in and any message you write.
- How you found us: the page you submitted from, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or an ad click ID).
- Usage data: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and time on site, using cookies.
How we use your information
- To call, message or email you about your property enquiry.
- To share property options that match the requirement you described.
- To keep a record of enquiries and follow-ups.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website.
By submitting an enquiry you consent to us contacting you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about that enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, and alert emails are sent through Google. Google may process this data on servers outside India. We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with staff who handle your enquiry, service providers who help us run the website, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on your property requirement, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Cookies
The website itself does not need cookies to work. If Google Analytics or Google Ads tracking is enabled, those services set cookies to measure visits and enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The embedded Google Map is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. To do this, call 0422-3145420 or 99944 60213, or visit our office. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in an access-controlled Google account. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents or financial details through the website form.
